When you make a purchase, we collect information necessary to process your payment, such as your name, billing address and transaction details.

We do not receive or store your full credit card number. Card and wallet payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment platform or its integrated payment partners, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information or unnecessary data.

Because some made-to-order products may be produced outside New Zealand, limited order or specification details may also be disclosed to overseas production partners where reasonably required to fulfil your order or enquiry.

Where overseas disclosure occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with Information Privacy Principle 12 and to ensure your information is protected by acceptable privacy standards.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Our website uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure server technology.
Card payments are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS-compliant payment partners.
We do not store your full credit card details at any time.
Access to personal information is limited to people and service providers who need it to perform their duties.
